RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Return conditions:
• the item has not been used;
• the original appearance, packaging, and full set are preserved.
🔁 Return and exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer.
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will:
• exchange it for another size or model, or
• issue a refund using the original payment method.
❗ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
According to the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Protection», certain categories of goods of proper quality are not eligible for return or exchange.
These include: thermal underwear, underwear, socks, and other intimate apparel etc.
❌ ORDER CANCELLATION
Order cancellation requests are accepted only before the order has been shipped.
💰 REFUNDS
Please note: we cannot refund amounts that include shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, or VAT.
If a return is sent without paid customs or handling fees, these costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
